1020 km across deserts, mountains, forests, towns and rich cultural landscape of Middle East, on Israel National Trail.

3 seasons in Caucasus mountains of Georgia and Russia resulted in 3 successful ascents on Kazbek and 2 ascents on Elbrus, also as a guide.

400 km trail across Palestinian Territories. The thru-hike of Abraham Path in 2018 was the continuation of Israel National Trail.

Long distance journey during which I’ve thru-hiked all Alps, from Monaco to Vienna. 5 countries (Monaco, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria) 64 days and about 2000 km.

In July and August 2016 I crossed Iceland along the longest possible line, connecting easternmost and westernmost points of this island. 935 km and 28 days across volcanic wilderness.

It took 800 km and 35 dni of walking to make High Route of Pyrenees (HRP), one of the most beatiful and difficult trails in Europe’s mountains.

The goal of this expedition was to cross, during fall 2014 roku, the entire length of Iranian Zagros Range. From Tabriz, in the north-west Iran, I’ve walked 2300-2500 km across the mountains and deserts to reach the shore of Indian Ocean.
